A collaboration with renowned Australian Saltmakers Olsson’s salt and Offgrid Provisions, this salt is harvested in Wyalla, South Australia and smoked over Red gum, then we gently add the salt to the bush honey and the chocolate. Seventy percent cacao, plant based. Made in Australia.
